This Moretti Forni RL/240 Roll In prover cabinet is designed to work alongside the Moretti R14 Rotary bakery ovens.

Features:

Roll in - will accept a trolley holding upto 18 x 600 x 400 Euronorm trays
Temperature range - upto +45ºC
Electronic Controls - Manages both temperature and humidity settings
Upto 8 leavening timers allowing you to quickly set the appliance with the possibilty of timed switch on
Audible alarms signals the end of the program
Humidity - relative humidity can be set bewtween 30% and 95%
Humidity is generated by immersed heating elements whilst heating is by seperate heating elements
Directionalbe air flow for even temperature distribution
Insulation - Isothermal 40mm thick polyurethane insulated panels
External finish - White finish with aluminium frame
Base in 304 stainless steel both externally and internally
Ergonomic door - assisted closure with piston system and integrated non protruding door handle
