This ST54 Daiquiri Bakery fridge counter is manufactured with 304 food grade stainless steel worktop allowing it to be used as a food preparation surface. Can be supplied with a flat worktop or with a rear upturn - please select.

Climate Class 4 - Guaranteed temperature range 0/+8ºC - in a Maximum room temperature not exceeding 30°C with 55% R.H as laid out by European regulations
R290 Refrigerant
50mm thick CFC/HCFC free high density Polyurethane insulation
Front breathing refrigeration system allows unit to sit flush to the wall
Fan assisted cooling gives fast recovery and even air circulation
Specially treated evaporator coil prevents corrosion - ideal if marinated products are being stored
Automatic defrost with self re-evapaoration
Recessed door handle
Easy to replace magnetic door seals
Supplied with 1 shelf - additional shelves and tray runners on request
Supplied with Rear upturn & castors as standard
