This Morreti Forni R14G Rotary Gas Bakery oven is the winning choice for high production, with touchscreen programmable controls and Adaptive power technology it is both easy to use, energy saving and guarentees even baking results.

Features:

Capacity - Choice of 2 ovens R14G/14 holds a trolley with 14 x 600mm x 400mm trays whilst the R14G/18 holds 18 - please use code when ordering
Heating type - Fan asisted heating with 2 powerful motors and 2 elements gives even heat distribution
Fan reverser - Automatic reversing fan motor results in even cooking results
Oven sensors - 2 ovens sensors are fitted, constantly monitoring the oven temperature
Steam Generator - the oven has an inbuilt steam generator fitted as standard with an inbuilt timer allowing steam to be generated without the need of the operator
Steam release - Oven is fitted with a motorised steam release valve
Extraction hood - Inbuilt motorised extraction hood is fitted as standard
Door - See through double glazed door gives easy viewing
Interior light - protected interior lighting gives clear product viewing
High density insulation reduces heat loss saving so saving on energy costs
