This Morreti Forni R14E Rotary Bakery oven is the winning choice for high production, with touchscreen programmable controls and Adaptive power technology it is both easy to use, energy saving and guarentees even baking results.

Features:

Capacity - Choice of 2 ovens R14E/14 holds a trolley with 14 x 600mm x 400mm trays whilst the R14E/18 holds 18 - please use code when ordering
Heating type - Fan asisted heating with 2 powerful motors and 2 elements gives even heat distribution
Fan reverser - Automatic reversing fan motor results in even cooking results
Oven sensors - 2 ovens sensors are fitted, constantly monitoring the oven temperature
Adaptive power technology (PID control) - Power is automatically adjusted to match quantity of products passing thru so maintianing correct oven temperature whilst reducing energy costs
Intuitive picture lead Touchscreen Programmable controls - upto 100 recipes can be stored with 9 phases of cooking in each recipe
Switch on timer - Oven can be programmed to pre heat before operators arrive for work
Steam Generator - the oven has an inbuilt steam generator fitted as standard with an inbuilt timer allowing steam to be generated without the need of the operator
Steam release - Oven is fitted with a motorised steam release valve
Eco Stanby - Oven is fitted with a standby mode, this reduces oven power when not in use but when activate oven goes into full heat mode.
Extraction hood - Inbuilt motorised extraction hood is fitted as standard
Door - See through double glazed door gives easy viewing
Interior light - protected interior lighting gives clear product viewing
USB - oven is fitted with USB port allowing software updates and upload of recipes into the controller
High density insulation reduces heat loss saving so saving on energy costs
