Features:

Heavy duty bakery oven - fitted with embossed steel sheet floor for tray cooking or can be supplied with refractory stone base as an option (see accesories)

Finish - Industrial nostalgic finish makes it ideal for front of house baking

5 x Oven interior sizes - 470w x 730d (1 x 600 x 400 tray); 950w x 730d (2 x 600 x 400 trays); 950w x 1260d (4 x 400 x 600 trays); 1240w x 730d (3 x 600 x 400mm bakery trays) ; 1240w x 1260d (6 x 600 x 400mm bakery trays).

6 Oven options as below - which can be mixed and matched to suit your baking requirements allowing a truly flexible multi deck baking oven;

Fastbake - biscotto stone floor temperature range 350 - 510ºC - ideal for Neopolitan pizzas;

Multibake - refractory stone floor temperature range 120 - 270ºC;

Steambake - refractory stone floor with inbuilt steam generator temperature range 180 - 350ºC;

Stonebake - refractory stone floor, walls and ceiling temperature range 240 - 450ºC;

Pastrybake - steel embossed floor temperature range 120 - 270ºC;

Romanbake - refractory stone floor with special floor heating elements temperature range 120 - 270ºC;

2 Oven height options - 160 or 300mm

2 door options - Downwards hinged (standard) or Upwards hinged (Ideal for top oven) - again can mix and match to suit

Power Boost technology - allows the front half of the oven to have increased power to compensate for constant door openings

Half load technology - allows you to switch off the back half of the oven for non peak times, saving energy

Intuitive TFT Electronic Programmable controls - Can store upt0 100 recipe settings, has inbuilt switch on timer, and standby mode which allows the oven to reduce energy consumption by upto 50%

Independently controlled top and bottom heating elements can be set by either temperature or percentage of power

Timers - Depending on the oven size, each deck is fitted with individual timed cooking zones

Standby mode - Oven can be switched to stanby mode allowing energy saving of upto 50%

USB Port - allows recipes to be quickly uploaded

WIFI Connectivity - oven is preset to link to your WIFI, this allows off site service diagnosis reducing down time of your oven.

Options; - Self condensing extraction canopy, Inbuilt steam generator, open stand in lieu of proofer,
