Heavy duty oven - Stacked Electric combi oven, fitted with 7" Touchscreen programmable controls and automatic wash system

Oven will take 6 x 1/1gn or 5 x 600 x 400mm bakery trays with Optional bakery rack

This Giorik Evolution SETE261DD, is a heavy duty use Pass thru stacked electric combination oven ideal for Supermarkets and Food production units where raw and cooked products must remain separate, Hotels, Restaurants pubs etc who want a compact sized combination oven to maximise flexibility in a small footprint. It is designed for ease of use with it's ergonomic programmable touchscreen control and is a breeze to clean with the integrated automatic washing system .

Food safety - the Pass thru doors allows raw and cooked produce to be kept separate from each other, helping to reduce cross contamination
Capacity - depending on rack system chosen - 6 x 1/1gn or 5 x 600 x 400mm containers at 75mm shelf centres - per oven
Easy clean - Oven is fitted with inbuilt automatic wash system with 3 modes - "Soft, Medium or Hard wash"
Touchscreen controls - 7 " easy to use touchscreen controls with intuitive cooking
Favourite Menu - you can store your 9 favourite recipes into a dedicated folder for one touch selection
Recipe menu book Store upto 99 pre-set menus - 9 phases of cooking available in each programme
Multi Shelf cooking - each shelf having its own countdown timer allowing breakfast menus etc to be easily designed
Cooking method - Simply select if you want to grill, steam or Roast
Delta T Cooking - Core cooking probe is supplied as standard with Delta T function
4 cooking modes - Hot air only, Hot air with adjustable humidity (ideal for baking), Steam only or Combination cooking steam with hot air
Push button humidity controls allows a quick injection of steam into the oven
6 speed cooking fan fitted with automatic fan reverser - gives even cooking results - no need to turn pan around!
Cool down mode function - either with door open or closed allows oven to rapidly cool down
USB port - allows recipes to be uploaded via a USB stick and can be used for updating latest software.
Interior of oven has radiused corners and removable oven racks for easy cleaning.
Fitted with adjustable humidity controls - ideal for baking
Fitted with timer 0 - 120 minutes or continuous setting
Thermostatically controlled Temperature range 50 - 280'C
All stainless steel construction
Ovens are supplied on castors as standard
Oven must be fitted with a water treatment system - warranty will be void without one fitted
