Heavy duty oven - Gas combi oven, fitted with Touchscreen programmable controls and automatic wash system

Oven will take 20 x 2/1gn or 16 x 30" x 18" UK bakery trays with bakery trolley rack option

This Giorik SERG202 Steambox Evolution Roll In Gas combi oven is fitted easy to use Touchscreen controls, core cooking probe with Delta T and retractable hand shower. Oven must be fitted with a water treatment system.

Features:

Holds 20 x 2/1gn containers at 70mm shelf centres or 16 x UK bakery trays (3" x 18") with bakery rack option
7" Touchscreen programmable controls- with 120 preloaded recipes. Programs available with 9 phases of cooking + pre-heat
One touch Favourite Menu - 9 recipes can be stored in a dedicated favourite folder for quick access
Modes of cooking - Grill, Roast, braise, au gratin, smoke, bread and pastry cooking, oven fry. Temperature range 50 - 300ºC
Supersteam - Steam quality control system - 2 levels of steam generation
Programmable controls - 99 menus can be stored - with upto 9 phases of cooking in each programme.
Automatic "Liquid detergent Closed wash system" - uses upto 50% less water than a standard open wash system, with a choice of 4 wash cycles
Energy saving lights - LED lighting gives bright interior lighting with reduced energy consumption
Premix burner - fitted with the latest generation high efficiency gas burner, based on a gas/air premix - this reduces gas consumption by 40% and oven heat up time by 50%.
6 speed cooking fan fitted with automatic fan reverser - gives even cooking results - no need to turn pan around!
Supplied with core cooking probe as standard with "Delta T" cooking mode
Fitted with retractable wash shower
Supplied with 1 trolley and oven rack
Fitted with a USB port - this allows menus to be uploaded into the oven from a USB stick, it also allows quick loading of updated software.
Interior of oven has radiused corners and removable oven racks for easy cleaning.
Right hand hinged door - left hand hinged door option

Oven is set for Nat Gas as standard but can be factory converted to LPG
Oven is supplied with 1 x 5ltr tub of liquid detergent
Water treatment system must be fitted if it does not conform to manufacturers specification - see downloads "Water info"
