Our range of "low pressure" cooking bratt pans, boiling pans and tilting kettle braising pans reduce energy consumption by 40%, reduce cooking time by up to 40%, reduce water consumption and reduce shrinkage, helping increase yield and production output.
Bratt pans are available in both gas and electric with a choice of 110, 145 or 180 litre capacities, whilst the tilting braising pan with inbuilt stirrer can be gas or electric and with a choice of 95, 135, 190 or 432 litres. Boiling pans, which are ideal for Pasteurisation of food, can be supplied in six different sizes.
