Easter is just around the corner and that means it’s time to indulge! From chocolate in all it’s shapes and sizes, to the famous Easter Sunday Roast. The other seasonal treat that “Springs” directly to mind… Hot Cross Buns! Many variations have appeared over the years, but you can’t beat the classic!
Chef Darren whipped up a batch for us using a range of different equipment housed in our Culinary Centre, but mostly he wanted to highlight the latest unit we’ve installed from Sagi. The Sagi NF101L Multifunctional unit won the Innovation Award at Host 2025 and it’s no wonder why. Take a look at the video below…
