When we were contacted by HCE Foodservice Equipment about an exciting new tender designed by Tricon Foodservice Consultants – Project Ruby, we were of course happy to assist!
Efficient workflow was key to this commercial kitchen layout, and the design team really knocked it out the park with this one! Optimising every bit of space the kitchen had to offer, and creating the perfect integration between refrigeration, preparation and cooking station.
