Euro Catering, is on the look out for dealers hungry for better margins and appreciative of the huge benefit of selling one manufacturer’s products to a wide range of customers.

 

Having recently appointed Chris Blunt as Distributor Sales Manager, Euro Catering has brought the entire range of exciting Italian manufacturer, Tecnoinox, into its portfolio and is now offering exclusive distribution rights for Tecnoinox products to a limited number of dealers who are able to promote and support the brand throughout the UK.

 

Tecnoinox has been delivering first-class equipment to commercial kitchens of all sizes for more than three decades.  It offers five modular lines of cooking equipment, a complete range of complementary products including versatile salamanders, and combi, compact snack, convection and pastry ovens.

 

The range suits the need of every customer, whether they are small bars, pubs or food service operators, convenience stores, hotels and restaurants, pizza parlours, care homes, large banqueting operations or busy contract caterers.

 

All Tecnoinox equipment boasts high quality Italian workmanship, with German components and efficiency at its heart. Great attention to detail and fine design, as well as superior product reliability and prompt and dependable customer service, are the hallmarks of this well-respected brand.

 

Accreditations earned by Tecnoinox include ISO 14001:2004 environmental management system, BS OHSAS 18001:2007 occupational health and safety management system and quality management system certification UNI EN ISO 9001:2008. All equipment is HACCP-compliant.

 

The brand’s Mosaico range offers a new approach to modular kitchen equipment and central kitchen islands. Depths of 60, 65, 70 and 90cm are available for the modular lines and a unique central island configuration can be created by combining a 45cm-deep unit with 115cm and 135cm-deep units.

 

Mosaico lines can include gas or electric, electric glass ceramic, or induction cook tops. These can be combined with bain-maries and work tops and all are manufactured in AISI 304 stainless gloss steel.  Drop-in equipment consists of pasta cookers, countertop fryers, bratt pans, sink units, chip scuttles and electric fryers.

 

Tecnoinox first entered the market with salamanders back in 1984 and an ample and varied range of cutting-edge and highly energy-efficient salamanders, powered by either gas or electricity, is available. All are made in the same satinised-finish stainless steel as the Mosaico lines and all have Incoloy heating elements.

 

Dealers taking up one of Euro Catering’s Tecnoinox supply contracts also benefit from having a nine-oven range at their fingertips, to suit everyone, whatever style of catering they specialise in. Units are fitted with automatic wash systems as standard and have touchscreen programmable controls, retractable hand shower, HACCP download and a USB port for recipe upload and software updates.
