Warranty

All of our equipment comes with a 2 year parts and 1 year labour warranty as standard unless otherwise stated. Labour warranty covers the time for fitting part only. Car parking and congestion tax charges are not included under warranty and will be charged accordingly.

Warranty work is provided during normal working hours only, monday to friday 09.00 hours - 17.30 hours. All replacement parts will be invoiced and then credited upon return of faulty part. (must be within 21 days) Warranty exclusions

• Products must have been installed and regularly serviced by qualified engineers - all gas appliances at least yearly
• Warranty is invalid if water softeners are not fitted where required - warewashers, combi ovens
• Customer misuse or failure to adhere to the installation and user guide
• Product wrongly specified for purpose - or incorrectly sized services (gas pipework, electrical supplies or water pressure)
• Gaskets, glass panels and lightbulbs are excluded from the warranty Please contact the office for full details of terms and conditions

Delivery

All prices include delivery to UK mainland except Scottish Highlands which are subject to additional charges. Please ring the Office for a quote.

Timed deliveries can be arranged to suit your customers requirements. Please ring the office for a quote. All deliveries are kerb side only. If you require to place equipment in situ this will incur an extra charge which will be arranged on application.

All aborted deliveries due to reasons beyond our control e.g appliance does not fit, will be charged at a rate of £70 per item.

All damage must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery.

Cancelled Orders

All delivered orders that are returned for credit will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.
